Ems Technologies Private Limited — Payment not received case of cheating and fraud

The above mentioned said company provides part time offline data entry for un employed person as mentioned in the website.
The company is 14 yrs old in this sector.
There are two plans Rs 3000 and rs 2500/
I have selected Rs 3000/ plan and paid to EMS TECHNOLOGY via net banking.
I got work of typing of 300 pages from company side. I have completed their work and submitted via email id to them. as per term and condition, They had to review and reply me but they are not responding my several emails and switch off their mobile no. as mentioned in the website.
I requested in my email at least refund my security deposit rs 3000/. but not received any response from them, I am un employed person. Pls. help in this regard.
