eMudhra PAN Services — Pan card not recieved

My application id is[protected]. I have not yet received the updated pan card. When i download the application status based on reference number given in your e - mail it shows the date of despatch as 31 - may - 2013 which is wrong. I got this message from utiitls pan card no. - dbvpk2304c is dispatchedon 15 / 07 / 2015. Please clarify and intimate to me when shall i receive the updated pan card. I am also inclined to believe that this firm (Panservices emudhra ltd) does not appear to be reliable as i have made full payment to this firm.
