My name is shahnawaz hussain, i had joined enluence it service ltd, on 24/04/2015, on a contract basis. They put my salary on hold from january 2019 till march 2019.
After that, i resigned that company in 03/04/2019.
Full and final settlement of my salary is not received yet.
I followed up several times with the employer regarding the same. But they did not reply on any email and call.
I am totally harassed on this issue last 6 months.
{ mail rail attached, resigning letter, pf details which are not transferred by employer.}
Note - pf is also not transferred since august 2018.
Note:- i have all the documents which are provided by enfluence it service ltd. (Eg appointment letter, experience letter, salary slip email trail which has communicated by me and employer).
