Ensure Support Services India Ltd — Hp pro one 400 - replacement of mother board by charging rs. 17034. Unethical behaviour on the part of the service center

I had given a pro one all in one desk top pc to your trivandrum hp authorized center on 2.5.16 against receipt/ token no.020516 as the computer was not switching on. On 5.5.16 the service center sent a quotatation for rs.17303.85 and advised me to approve the quotation by return mail & i had done so. On 10.5.16, a staff member named nauffal telephoned me to collect the pc against payment in cash. Accordingly i went there & paid rs. 17304. And & collected the repaired pc. I was not given a bill or invoice for the amount collected. I asked for the bill & shri nauffal told me that he is not in a position to prepare the invoice as the accountant is absent. He also added that the invoice will be sent to me on the following day before leaving the service center i demanded to hand over to me the replaced mother board. Nauffal & others in the service center refused to hand over to me the part for which i paid hard cash.
According to nauffal, as per condition no.3 in the quotation that "if pars used are exchange parts, defectives to be returned to ensure support services (India ltd)." my i understanding of the english language used here, is that when any part is replaced by the service center for repair purpose as a free replacement under guarantee cover, the defective parts replaced by the service center in exchange of the new part is to be returned to ensure support services. That is the usual practice followed by any authorized center of any product in india. This i explained to mr. Kavin also. He also did not agree to my stance. I waited for few days for receipt of the invoice / bill for rs. 17304. Collected from me on 10.5.16. When it was not received i contacted shri. Nauffal and again requested him to send the invoice by post. His reply was that since i demanded the defective mother board to be handed over to me, he / the service center will not give me invoice. The reason put forth by shri nauffal is objectionable as i have the right to get the bill /invoice for the amount which he collected from me.
I strongly feel that clause no.3 in the quotation is not applicable in my case and the old mother board is retained by the service center to get exchange from the manufacturing company to get replacement on the pretext of free replacement of the m. B under warranty while its cost plus other charges has been already collected from me.

From 16/01/2017 I am getting message from Ensure that mobile is under repair process.
When contacted service center at Vardhman market Vashi, on 08/02/2017 Center informed that parts for mobile are not fully received.
Inventry is balance.
They refused to share mail correspondence on the issue.
As date mobile is not repaired.
