[Resolved]  FreeToonPornTubeHD.com — credit card fraud

I had opened FreeToonPornTubeHD.com, as the site is self explanatory that it is free, and registaration is required for age verification only and we are required to enter our credit card number and CVC No for age verification and we will not be charged the site says. But even though I have not entered my 3D secure pin, my credit card is being charged US$39.95(IN2280.06) through PAYSITECK.COM. My Ref No. for the transaction is 74593043066309048847994 and my credit card no is [protected]. I should not have been charged and accepted by ICICI PLATINUM CREDIT CARD COMPANY because I have not entered my 3D secure pin which is required for safe transaction. I have been duped by the site and the credit card company, Kindly give me the remedy.
