Greetings of the day.
I was using your epayon app since 4 months. But i couldn't recharge since 31 july 2020 having sufficient balance in wallet. Whatsapp customer executive couldn't provide any solution they are saying that app is working fine. According to them i have tried the mentioned app on different mobile handset but the confirm button for processing the recharge or pay bill is not working. Amount of 337 rs is present in my epayon wallet, i want my money back.
So it is my humble request to resolve the issue.
