my eprs buysmart dist id is EB05507 and my wallet balance is 6760.00 my id is blocked.
when i recharge on customer id i will fase some problem and the status so insufficient balance or surver down.
when i call your customer executive officer, he says me your problem is sloved in next month.when i call next month your officer reply to me the same answar that your problom is solved in next month.so your officers answar is not satisfied to me.i will faced the problem in 7-8 months ago.so i kindly request to indian goverment please give me justice.other wise you canceled the frud and chit EPRS BUYSMART company.
