Namoskar sir mera printer ka problem howa hai mene complaint kiya tha complaint no. 4859139 hai. Check kar ne ke liye naugaon se aya tha uska name hai ashim borah mobile no [protected] printer check bhi nhi kiya ek paper me signature karo bolta hai mene kaha check to karlo to bolta hai apka printer pahle koi khula hai. Hum check kar ne se paisa lagega usaka bad service center me kisise bat kiya printer ko jur jabar jasti kholke bolta hai ye tuta hai or bhi kuch bola raha tha so kindly action for service men i'm not seticefie for epson service center mera name ajay agarwal hai or ahne me pura din laga diya morning me phone kiya tha evening 6:00pm me pahucha 6:15 nikal giya. With reff to your complaint ID-4859139, Myself Ashim Borah EPSON engineer visited for the repairing your EPSON printer but found that printer is opened stage( scanner screw mismatched, scanner lock broken, was not in proper position, the screw of the print head protected plate was missing).In that condition as per EPSON warranty policy it never comes under warranty and also wish to inform you that we received this call first time and visited your place also first time.Even we called you Today to know the facts from your end, here also you not behaved properly.
So, we are sorry that your printer can not be repaired under warranty.
