[Resolved]  Epson India — authorized service center is not responding against epson service request

My name is arnab dam, product: l3110 epil (Inkjet printer, in warranty),
Serial no.: x5dz178476. I lodged an online service request with epson india on 13/08/2019 for product malfunctioning. Service request number is ins[protected]. Rma number is inw[protected]. Authorized service center is unipower services, kolkata-700029 (Phone number [protected]), they contacted me over my phone number, but for some reason my phone was switched off at that time. After that i have been trying to contact unipower services over their phone number ([protected]) for five days. But they are not responding at all.
Please please please ensure that my service request gets disposed.

Paper Jammed in printer Epson l5190
And I am not to remove this
Because this printer's architecture is very complicated

Please tell any technician to visit it's very urgent
