[Resolved] Epson India — complaint in printer service | |||
I am running mu company in the name of KARUNA XEROX at chennai. I am your customer for more than 10 years. I buy only Epson Printers for my company. I am having 6 nos. of printers ( L800, L360, L355, XP235, L220, L550) on 13.10.2018 Mona Systems and Peripherals took my 2 nos. of printers for service to replace ink pads. My printer was in working condition. But the concern person told me that he had replaced Head and asked me Rs.1000/- as service charge. I regretted to pay. But he behave badly and at last I paid the service charge anyway. But now my printer is not working. very bad condition than before. Please take an immediate action before spoiling your company name. I came to know this is the way they handle the customers. please save your company name. Was this information helpful? | |||
