Epson India — customer care | |||
We ordered epson printer from amazon for our organization. Since the printer had no wifi facilities, we called customer care toll free number to ask about 'how to connect it to the wifi router' and they gave us a local service number which is in velachery chennai. A lady picked up and asked for our printer details. Finally she said, a technical engineer would contact us in 4 - 5 hours. A day has passed and no one called us. Now i'm trying to complain about the service from the morning, but the people are saying that they have technical issues and they cant take my complaint.
