[Resolved] Epson India — epson printer l3150 psc wifi, brand new printer causing paper jam and epson service not willing to replace

I bought a Epson printer (model L3150 PSC WIFI, Serial Number X5EP134673) on 27 Aug 2019 as recommended as good product and with best service. But to my great shock and disappointment there was a paper Jam on the 2 nd day of purchase. I informed the Local service that I want the product to replaced but they serviced the Jam and told that they will forward my request to Epson and get back about the replacement. There was no reply for 2 weeks and when I called they told the report came and Epson told it doesn't need to be replaced. when I asked about the copy of the report from Epson, they told there is no written report and they cannot share it with me. They told printer is fine and there will no such issues after. But on 27th Oct 2019 (9 weeks from purchase) there was another paper Jam and I was devastated. Im using 80 GSM paper and feeding the paper as per the instruction of the manual. I informed Epson service ( Service Request Number: INS[protected] ) about the Jam and asked for the replacement. They cleared the Jam and when asked for replacement as it was a 2 nd Jam with less than 2 month they gave excuses that now it is more than a month and paper Jam can happen in printers and that's why they are providing service. And also the service person told that I bought the printer by my own choice.Kindly advise me what I should do. Is it my bad luck and live with it servicing often? Did I make a wrong choice?
