Epson India — epson projector after purchase complaint

I live in sriganganagar, rajasthan (India). I bought wi735 series laptop. The projector's lamp has been damaged and i have made the payment for new lamp. Its been 1 month now but the problem has not been resolved. I am fully dissatisfied with after services provided by you. I request you not to make any agent who gives this much poor services to the customers. I will never recommend your projector to anyone if my problem is not resolved.

We purchased new passbook printer for Bank Of India, Kurduwadi,
we connected all cable and driver also installed but print not getting.
