[Resolved]  Epson India — faulty printer - epson l405 printer warranty issue

Epson team,
We've been following following issue with epson l405 and make several complaints so far
1. Connectivity issue : we are facing the connectivity issue regularly as we unable to use the wifi command & sometimes no print comes even connecting the printer usb cable.
2. Printing issue : some white lines are coming in print out & also sometimes paper comes blank from the printer.
For this we lodged the complaint 12 - 14 times. The service engineer visited every time, checks the printer for half an hour approximate & then said now the problem is resolved.
In last visit of service engineer he said that now the problem is in ink, so for it the another ink test engineer will come in next 2-3 days & he will resolved the problem. The ink test engineer came & checks the ink & said that you refilled the duplicate ink that's why you are facing the problem while i am using the original ink we got at the time of purchase and not refilled yet.
On 12 august 2018, at this stage as per printer report there are only 484 color pages, 724 b/w pages, & 2 blank pages prints taken (Refer the attachment). When i called customer care, they told that your warranty is void due to duplicate ink usage.
As per epson company the refill of ink is required after 6000 pages print, then how the ink test engineer is saying that you refill the ink.
We made a complaint over mail but nobody responded us.
Today as on 5th feb our black ink is empty and we have to refill with new original ink.
Kindly resolve our issue else i will file a case in consume court against epson how you make fool of your customer.

I have already complaint to epson email support, customer care, local distributer, still no resolution.
I am facing issue with scanning part, it takes too much time to scan from day one.
We have been following up this issue since months.
Its a faulty product and we need replacement.
