[Resolved] Epson India — l3150 printer

On service request of paper jam in printer aarvee info services mumbai sent an engineer and he did not follow correct practice to remove paper stuck in printer and damaged printer roller on 11 december.
Next day another engineer came to replace roller and said original is ok but some other technical problem emerged and he also failed to repair it.

AAR VEE INFO SERVICES MUMBAI COLLECTED Rs 650 service charge and not responding to my call and not repairing printer. Take action.
