I am not a new customer of epson. Whenever i contacted their technical support, i have always experienced unprofessional attitude of their executives. They disconnect the calls without providing proper support.
They just don't care about their customers. Though they are serving their customers in our country since so long, they don't seem to have any technical support system of their own. They just log the complaint and provide contact no. Of the local franchisees.
This time i have purchased an ink bottle to refill the tank of my l800 printer and after refilling we are supposed to enter the id of the bottle in the system. As there occurred a problem with the app, i had to restart the process. This time when i enter the same id it isn't getting accepted. I was expecting that the technical support of epson would reset the id for me. But inspite of doing that they said that we have to pay for the service as the printer is out of warranty. Why should i pay just for getting the id reset when i have paid so much amount for the ink bottle. Though the printer is out of warranty, there is no problem with my printer.
