Dear sir,
I am sarada prasnna rout and i am a customer of epson printer
I purchased a epson photo printer model no is l1800 and the serial no is
Ubny006943 this printer detects some problem and printing no accept and no
Detect in computer so i complain in 15/06/17in your help line no
[protected] and they answer me that your engineer help me in 3 days but
They call me after 1 day in 16/06/17 morning 8.30 that & collect my address
And told me your house is 80 km from our office so please you take your
Printer in our office and we solve your problem and i take my printer to
Your office and they told today is no available engineers and we solve the
Problem and send your printer to your home but they are no solve my problem
Till dated/07/17. Today i complaint in national consumer help line and my complaint no is 352011.
