[Resolved] Epson India — printer not installed

Purchased printer on 26/6/2018.
Registered it on phone on toll free number on 27/06/2018.

I was told that person will come and install by 4 pm

When i called them at 4 pm, they said they dont have engineer.

Worst customer service.

Take the printer from me and give back my money, they took 2 days to install a printer for which they kept me and my kids waiting.

I am not happy with all this and customer care careless.
Seller careless.
Service center careless.
I have purchased it from local vendor.

Funny thing is i am not allowed to open the box.

Just refund my money and take the box back
