I am writing this mail in an utter dismay that despite of several complains the epson service centre in kanpur is not able to fix the single problem facing since 5 months.
I have purchased epson printer l4150 on 2nd of february-19 (Invoice attached) and faced the problem within a month of horizontal line is coming. Since then this problem is unsolved. The service centre do not understand how to fix it as they only do cleaning and cleaning. After cleaning the printer will print pages ok but not more than 30-40 pages which is now reduced to 20-30 pages and again the nozzle brakes. Every 30-40 pages nozzle brakes and horizontal lines comes on the print pages. They changed two parts (Head and ink system) as well but still the problem is same unsolved. Now neither they are fixing the problem nor they are changing the printer as it is still under warranty. The service guys never back with an update that what they are doing to fix the problem. Every time they visit and do cleaning and go. The wasted the whole black ink tank in cleaning as i can get only 1200 prints (Black and white) in one full black ink tank.

Updated by mdfz i have stopped complaining because the kanpur service centre guys only waste the ink by cleaninng the head all the time .Once head is cleaned printer print is ok for another 30-50 pages and again nozzel breaks. They are not able to have a permanent solution . I can able to get only 1200 prints in one full tank rest of the ink wasted because of head cleaning.
