[Resolved]  Epson India — product not working

Hi sir madam,
As we are using epson printer l365 and its not under warrenty, its serial number is vhdk008742, in the name of manoj, we have given complaint to porur service centre as we dont have address.[protected] mobile number [protected]. We spoke to mr gokul on 18/4/19 approx because we have not received any receipt & they have charged 550 + 600. But we were facing the same issue. My problem not yet rectified, even we have not received any kind of response from mr gokul. Past 10 days they were telling same staff problem. Sorry to tell but we were very disappointed with this product.. Kindly
