This is in reference with RMA number : INW[protected]
i Have purchased a product " EB-675Wi BUSINESS PROJECTOR", from authorised dealer few months back, but suddenly it starts giving a lamp error due to which it was not getting ON.
I called the local service center people, they came to check the device. They take more than 1 week to detect the problem, but was unable to diagonise the problem.
After which they said that they have to take my projector to the service center.
I handed over the same to them, and they created the case log. and after which they said that the lamp was faulty and it needs replacement.
Almost 20 days has passed but, they have not returned the product to me.
Whenever i used to call them and asked about the return, They says that the spare parts are not available and says me to talk to the Epson company personally to expediate the process.
This is too disgusting to hear on part of EPson service center, saying a customer to talk to Epson company itself and to arrange for the spare part.
WHy i will talk personally To Epson, when i have purchased the product which comes under manufacturing warranty.
I have not purchased the product to keep the same in service center for months and waiting the part to get replaced.
I am sending you the attachment of the job sheet (PFA).
If you can do the needful at your part, then do the same at the earliest.
otherwise, i have to knock the doors of Consumer Forum for the same.
