-RMA Number- INW[protected] .
-Complaint date- 08/06/2019
-Rep of EPSON visited on-11/06/2019 ( after 3 days from the date of complaint) and went back with a remark-Printer Jam Pending for part and assured that the part will be replaced within 3 days.
-Yesterday (14/06/2019) I tried to contact the said engineer but no response.
-Today I contacted the said engineer and i was advised to contact service centre by him.
- Contact service centre @ [protected] and was replied by the other side that the part has been arrived and engineer will come in afternoon today. On asking is it a TAT for their sevice I received a rude reply that he is not producing the part instead of asking sorry for the delay.
Please let me know, is it the working culture while dealing with a complaint in your organisation???
