We purchased the printer wf - r5691printer last year from anugraha agencies bangalore. Now it is not functioning properly and now your service center has advised to replace the head. For this repair they are asking 100% advance with the 15 to 20 days time line to repair. We have informed them that we will issue a purchase order with 30 % advance and make balance 70 % payment on successful repair which is not agreed by them. This unreasonable demand of 100% advance payment and 15 days time line to repair is not understood after purchasing such an expensive printer. Kindly look into this and have the repair of the printer carried out at the earliest. We will release the apyment immediately once the repair is done.
