I've ordered a fossil watch from eshoppers4u website on 22th of sep 2019, i got it by 9th oct 2019. I got the product for ₹.1299 by cash on delivery. But the product which has been delivered to me looks completely different from the one which i've seen and ordered. It looks completely 3rd class the color of the watch and dial is completely different from the one which i've ordered. The color of the belt is also totally different from the one which i've ordered. Totally dissatisfied. They fully cheated on me.

Bought a JBL Bluetooth earphone from FB advertising link via eshoppers4u.com
The product delivered is different than the displayed on FB. Also defective. I tried contacting the website and they have the wrong phone number on the website. Neither there is any seller info in the invoice. I need replacement or refund immediately.
