ESMS — Non payment of salary

Its been 2 years, i didn't get my 3 month salary from the company. I have been following with ms. Archana nafdey and after picking up the call she has a usual answer i am busy. Infact our pm, mr. Modi is also not that busy :)

Will you work for a company who pays you after 3 months?? For ex. Jan. Salary in april month, feb in may and so on??? Absolutely not right!

That is what exactly i did, when this company didn't had money to pay why should i continue, i resigned and after resignation the company was supposed to clear all my dues which didn't happened.

I followed up, they didn't replied and i am still following as we dont have any law in india who can support innocent and hard working professionals.

I thought of taking help from police, they to even scolded me for such things their is no provision i have to file a case and we all know what happens in court.

If this forum can help, i just want my hard earned money.
