On 12 Feb 23, I had gone to a Essar petrol pump. The lady salesman asked me to go to other point. I went to other point he asked me to reverse the face of the vehicle as I had entered the pump from right side. I narrated the reason for me coming that way. I wanted to know, if there's any rules about it. The salesman directed me to his manager. The person posing as manager also supported the salesman. After taking the fuel I asked for receipt but salesman refused to give. When I asked for complaint number from the manager he denied and was even tempted to manhandle me.
