Essence Systems — essence gel eye pencil

I product i received wit tracking id [protected] which is essence gel eye pencil is empty. There only a structure with no refill inside it.. So kindly refund my money since it was a cash on delivery product. The expectation was too high since a nykaa serves its customer nicely but the product i receivef is highly disappointing. Plzz i want my money back or the same product must be delivered....

Complete cheating company by Mr Suresh Shetty (Bohut kaaminey morne ke baad saale pyayda hua tha iss dharti pe). Woh log tumhara paisa chuss lega, aur apne employee ko v paisa diye bina baga deta hai. myay iski victim hu khud !!!!! saale mujhe marketing sikhaane chala tha, aur khud ki koi pehchan nehi hai.... koi aukaat nehi hai saala bhikari shetty !!!...
