It was defective when i received (July, 2020). I share the pictures and the details to rony (Sales in vip road branch) but no response. After 1 month i had to go to their showroom and ask for the service and then they sent carpenter after 4 days. They have also taken pictures and they were so confirmed this thing needs to be replaced. It was august. Still i have not received any update from them. It cost me 110000/- and the service i am getting is pathetic. I have sent several reminder mail then also no reply.. Sharing some pictures. More pictures taken by the person came for the inspection.
