Placed order for apc rbc17 (Order #568) battery at estorewale.com on 01 may 2017.
Oder showed processing till 04 may 2017, called customer care number ([protected]), was told stock is not there, will come in 2-3 days.
No updates till 8 may 2017. Called customer care again, lady pics up, says boss not there call later. Sent email ([protected]@[protected]). Received reply stock expected by 10th, please wait.
No updated till 10th, received email that i can go for refund as they still don't have stock. I confirmed to cancel the order and refund.
They informed me refund initiated,, gave some number, with no way to track or verify it. After 4 days sent email to them again, they told will take 7 days for it to get processed and i should wait for it. This was on 18th may.
I waited till 23 and check back again, they copied payu team, they confirmed that thay have initiated refund and gave another number without any way to trace it, also said from their side transaction is done.
I asked transaction details so that i can check if they have refunded to correct account or not, or an acknowledgement from crediting bank. This was on 25th may.
Today its 29th may, and i have not heard back from estorewale.com anything ans still waiting for the refund amount.
