Full Description of Incident:
I gave a watch for repair at Ethos Repair Center in Saket, New Delhi. The amount to be paid to them was Rs. 13385. At the time of payment, their credit card machine upstairs in their office was not working so the lady at the reception took me downstairs to their store. My card was swiped at a machine at 11:19:45 AM. I left and went upstairs to the bathroom. On my way out of the mall, an Ethos staff member came to me and said there was some issue with the payment and my card would need to swiped again. So they swiped the card again for the same amount at 11:25:44 AM.
When I checked my statement later, I discovered I had been doubly charged. I have written to Ethos and shared screenshots of my credit card statement and also the emails I got from the bank showing the transactions but there has been no resolution from Ethos's side. I am attaching screenshots showing the transactions. Looking forward to resolution.
