I was onboard flight EY 212 which landed in Mumbai on 1st of March, 2015. Two of my bags were supposed to be received however I received none.
I filed a complaint of missing baggage then and there on the Mumbai airport. Further, which I received one my bags on the 3rd of March. Since 1st my other bag is under tracing.
I called Etihad Airways to understand the process to claim for new clothes which are required to be purchased till I get my bag. They ask me to wait for sometime and within 15 minutes I get a call from +91 [protected] stating that my bag has been received on 9th March and has been dispatched to their delivery vendor.
On 12th of March I call them to ask whereabouts of the bag and they say it was never traced or dispatched for delivery.
I am totally lost on this don't know how to manage this harassment which Etihad Airways is bestowing on me. Please suggest. Was this information helpful? |
