Been six days
Complaint was registered
Escalated the complaint twice
No team leaders or supervisors on floor
Promises made of senior team getting in touch and not being fulfilled
Spent above 1 hour speaking with a certain “Asma” day before regarding the same
She said she has now sent this matter to the senior team
According to her, at any cost the technician would arrive between 11 am to 12pm on 9/08/2022
I challenged her that no one would come or call
She was extremely sure that wouldn’t happen
I was right
No one called
No one has come
6 days without water
Huge mistake buying AMC
Bigger mistake buying a eureka Forbes machine
I WANT MY AMC MONEY BACK
Absolutely pathetic customer service
Agents are NO help
They have a script in front of them
No matter what you say they just keep vomitting the words on the script without understanding your issue
