[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — amc service for eureka forbes water purifier

I am residing in kalyan (W), maharashtra, india. We have a compact model of water purifier. For this we have taken amc, as both o[censored]s are working we have been requesting for services only on saturday/sunday. Despite our humble request the service provider always comes on week days. Why is this request not accepted is there any problem executing such a minor request from customer. We have an old aged mother at home but she is not able to understand and also we cannot take risk as she is alone at home.
Please help us out as it is a genuine request.
