Bloody defective design and one of the worst company i have ever seen with all technical thieves in the company. M very much waiting to file a consumer protection case on this company. Kindly do needful to get refund for the machine supplied on 10.12.2019. Pls don't buy ny product from this company and pls try to spread this as public awareness as much as possible

My yearly service was due in early December. I received multiple calls from customer care and service boys but finally no one has come. Today i get a message saying service is completed.
