Wish to inform that the water purifier is not working since december 2019 and every time i raise a complaint it was attended only after a week or ten days that too after too much of persuasion. The problem is also not addressed completely as within 10 or 15 days the same issue crops up. This can be known from the number of complaints i would have made since december 2019 and the subsequent call logs/followups. Since they are unable to fulfill the amc obligations, i seek a full refund of the amount that i paid for the current amc period.

I am not interested in your Services anymore as everyday I am getting a message with new Complaint number and informing that the issue will be resolved within 2 Working days but whereas Week's, Fortnight's, month's are passing without any resolution.
