[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aqua guard water purifier service resulted in continuous leakage.

I am so surpised to see so many complaints on this forum for the same service center named, ion exacense pvt ltd (Aquacare) which is located in utarahalli, bangalore. Please be careful with these cheaters. I am unable to find a more appropriate words describe the kind of people who work there and their decency or professionalism. I want to repeat once again that there are multiple service centers in bangalore who take up these kinds of service work and in order to make sure that few cheaters like this does not end up impacting everybody around them for no fault of theirs. So just wanted to be careful, this is not the one in koromangala instead this is the one in uttrahalli bangalore.
My water filter was working very well until these people started calling saying that my amc is getting expired. God knows how they got all these details including the amc end date, address and the mobile phone. They told me that a service is due for the purifier and we should get it done in order for this purifier to function properly. We agreed and one day a technician landed up in my door step, did some useless work and then charged 350/-. And provided the same receipt which many of you have already attached in this forum. Post this, the water leakage started and it never stopped. My wife contacted the help line number and a horrible lady without any manners or professionalism picked up and said they will send the technician by afternoon. She cannot even speak decently forget about been professionalism or even understand what it means to deal with customers who had paid their money to buy their product and that is the very reason why she has having that job in the first place. Everyday, she will say that the technician will come by afternoon and they will call before coming. This drama continued for almost a week and post that i myself called up to speak to her. She gave the same story to me as well and when i insisted her to give me his managers or the person running that center, she declined it saying she does not know about it and kept the phone. You try to call them again, they don't pick up. This is the level of agony a customer has to go through for instilling faith on a product brand like eureka forbes.
I don't know how such agencies are even allowed to use these brand names because when you speak to any of those people, you don't need more than 5 minutes to figure out who they are and they know. Ultimately, it is not these cheaters who will pay the price instead they will just discontinue this and go to spoil some other brand. It will be eureka forbes who will loose the brand name for allowing these cheats to get associated with the brand.
