The aquagaurd was serviced by your service engineer mr sadab khan (M no [protected]) on 11th march 2020. After that outflow of water was more instead of inflow. Agaian telephoned him to rectify the problem. He was unable to come due to lockdown. Now the motor is not pumping the water for sorage and completey sopped. Therefore it is requested to do the needful and rectify the problem;
