[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard aquasure crystal

Address:Malappuram, Kerala

We have registered a complaint regarding service of our water purifier few months back.Eventhough we got a reply that the technician would visit us for service, nobody visited till date.we have a service contract for the period from 30.9.14 to 29.9.17.But no technician visited till now except for getting messages and calls informing about their visit.
Please consider this matter and take necessary action.

Registered a complaint with Eureka forbes on 24th Dec 2017 to provide service to water purifier which is under AMC.
Till now, no one has turned up for servicing. Multiple reminders and calls to customer care have been made. But nothing has happened so far and no one attended the complaint till date.
