Eureka Forbes respond on there own time, and after raising is this the service from Eureka Forbes. why they have help desk to raise the complain and we need to follow up with them every day to address the issue, I have given my feedback on team and they said they will get back to me within 48 hours & i had raised a complaint on 27 th of March 2016 . Eureka Forbes is famous for avoiding attending customer Complaints. Complaints are escalated but not attended even after one week to Ten days time. Very very poor Service by a reputed COMPANY
