Regretfully say you that i have purchase a aquaguard geneus 7 ltr ro + uv +uf water on 04.05.2017, invoice no tax invoice # f0ysf[protected], order id: od[protected], order date:[protected]
Invoice date:[protected]
This water purifier is not proper working from 17th sep 2017. According this i have call several time to your customer care no. ([protected]), but only assuring given from your customer support, not to attending for service engineer till now.

5. 5th time (Konkana majumder) 16.10.2017 at 4.00 pm

Now you please confirm when this purifier problem will be resolve?
