[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard geneus plus | |||
I purchased dr. Acquaguard geneis plus on 31-mar-2019 from vijay sales, vadodara, gujarat. It got installed at my home address on 04-apr-2019 via eureka technician. Within a week, it stopped working, and not dispensing water at all. I registered a complain at your customer center on 13-apr-2019 at 10 am. It has been more than 75+ hours passed but nobody from eureka has attended this request. I have not even received any call from eureka technician. I'm very disappointed with post sales service from eureka i called your customer care service number multiple times within this 75 hours, but every-time, i received a false commitment from your end. I was like a mental harassment for me. I spent over 20k+ for this product - assuming that i won't have any service issue with bigger brand like you. But - i was wrong. I experienced very pathetic post sales service and customer service handling. If you can't resolve my issue in a day then please refund my hard earned money back.
