The company reputation has gone rusty. They just sell warranty and do not honor the agreement. Talking to customer care people is now a daily task till you get your things done. Be it 8-10-15 days. Your request/complaints will not be attended. That's how they survive in the competitive market. It has been 8 days and counting. My Water purifier is still in the box and waiting to get installed.May be this will ring some bells.
