[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard not working post servicing
Its almost a year since I have been using Aquaguard, (Dr.Aquaguard, Magna HD RO+UV NXT)
My product is still under warranty.
Immediately after the regular servicing, (March 13 2018)when the unit was switched on ..it started giving some problems..The technician disconnected the unit and said that it had developed some electrical problems and that he would fix it the next day ..My water filter had been lying idle since then.
Repeated complaints have not helped.
I have called the customer care multiple times and lodged a complaint, have escalated the complaint but to no avail.I have called the technician, the area service manager, sales manager ..etc etc.. I have made over 100 calls ..no one is taking ownership to resolve this issue...they keep giving me different phone numbers and keep passing the buck ..no avail..How do I get this issue solved
