Hi, Have raised the complaint thrice on your webpage for refund and it's processed. Your technical team came to the residence and dismantled the unit, however since october 15, 2018 we are waiting for someone to come and pick the aquaguard and till date none have picked the product. Whenever we approached the customer care they have provided new dates and none have come to pick the product nor as promised refund amount we haven't received on the promised date. Hope you keep your brand value of eureka forbes by not making false promises. Expect someone to reply and process for immediate refund. Deepa at your customer care is promising new dates for refund and has prolonged since long time. Below is the details of the order and customer id.
