[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard RO didn't worked for even 24 hours after installation | |||
I Neha mishra [protected], bought aquaguard reviva ro on 15th of june 2015 and it stopped working on 16th june 2015. Today is 18th and no one till now have visited to our place for correcting the same. Called lot many times to different executives n promised by everyone that ro will get corrected in few hours and nobody visited our place. This irresponsible behaviour of aquaguard service team is creating a lot of inconvenience to me n my family. Somebody even told me dat our houseis very far from city dats why no one is attending the complaint. Why the hell u peoples installed RO then? Please take strict action against your sales n service peoples. Also, i want to return the product and want my money back, tell me the procedure for dat also.
