[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard ro replacement | |||
I purchased aquaguard enhanced ro+uv+uf+mtds which was installed on 1st august. During installation water leakage problem occurred. Still product was installed after fixing water leakage but after 2 hour, leakage problem again started. When same installation person visited again then he said that one of the filter is chocked and need to be changed. So, i decided to get this product replaced and i complained customer care for replacement. A service engineer visited 1 month ago and serviced the ro and assured that now no problem will occur again. And if problem reoccur then they will certainly replace. Soon after the service, next week leakage again happened and i informed then and asked for replacement. But almost 1 month has happened since then but no solution. Please help me. My family is bound to drink possibly non-filtered water due to recurrent leakage issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Priya,
I was contacted over phone 3 times since my last complain but still replacement has not been done. They just call and each time asks what is the problem and promises to resolve the issue soon. But this soon has more than 4 months long.
You are the only hope for me. Please do needful to get my RO replaced without further delay.
