We are stuck on water usage in our apartment for more than a week due to aquaguard (Ro+uv) failure. The complaint has been registered a week back & there was one missing spare parts for fixing the issue. There is no response from the company till 06/01/2018. We were told an eta of 2 days for fixing it from customer care and technician, this request is within the valid amc period.
