Hi,
I have raised complaint on fixing new inlet and outlet pipes of aquagard sensa ro water purifier, renew amc and do servicing..
Everytime customer service agent promises and tell with in next 24 hour problem will be resolved.
But nothing happens. Very worst service.. More than 2 weeks of wait time and always they claim unavailability of pipes as this has been reported during past 2 service visit.. Pathetic service.. Calling multiple times from customer care doesnot fix the actual problem, but the problem needs to be attended. Fed up of talking to customer care..
