[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard water purifier not working | |||||
Customer id : [protected] My aquaguard has stopped working since 12th april. I had raised a service request [protected] on 13th april and [protected] on 18th april. Follow up [protected] on 19th april, [protected] on 20th and [protected] on 21st. Had to call customer care multiple times too. However till date the issue with my aquaguard is not resolved. On 22nd a service agent came, had a look and said that the pca is non-functional but he doesn't have stock and need to request the same. Now another week has gone by and my water purifier is still not working. Pathetic service by the aquaguard technicians and i don't see the point of having amc when no one visits and even if they do they say they don't have parts. I have escalated this to the escalation team and still it is unresolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
