ON 30th Oct, I have raised a service request([protected] ) with eureka forbes mentioning that I have renewed the AMC (Contract #SO[protected] for the Aquaguard Water purifier product and requested them to change the filters. Called up customer care quoting the Service request and AMC contract number. However there was no action taken till 2nd Nov. Then I wrote a mail to the first level escalation, still no response. Later, I had been writing to the second level escalation and till today (24th Nov.) there hasn't been any response, in the mean time I get a call from the customer care asking my mandatory service is due, to whom I explained the entire story, in response I received is "sorry for the inconvenience", and ensured me that a technician will be sent to resolve the problem, which did not happen. One of the WORST service. I would recommend NOT to OPT for any products of Eureka Forbes. They do not have commitment to the customer.
